Socks are COMPULSORY for your children, for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Girafou sells its own non-slip socks at €2.50 a pair. They are equally essential for adults who want to join the children on the equipment.
No. Because of food safety regulations, you may not bring in food or drink from outside.

Exceptional closing days:
Closed on 25 December and 1 January.

Because of safety regulations, entry may be delayed during busy periods.
The busiest times are the afternoons during the October half-term, February, Easter and July/August school holidays.
As a rule, bad weather makes the park much busier.
Girafou has a single price for “unlimited” play time.
Admission is charged for accompanying adults (€2 per adult, including 1 free drink).
Girafou is a FAMILY play park: parents are welcome (depending on how busy it is) to enjoy playtime alongside their children.
Free WiFi and magazines are available for parents.
The cafeteria is of course open to parents.
No, once you leave you cannot come back in.
Our SNACK BAR offers lunch deals so you can eat on site.

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
From mid-June to mid-September, 11.00am to 7.00pm. The Ouistreham site may close in the event of strong wind or rain.
At Girafou, children must ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult.
The equipment at Girafou is for children aged 1 to 12. There is a separate, enclosed and secure play area designed specifically for children aged 1 to 5.
The inflatable games are for children aged 4 to 12. The Grand Labyrinthe is reserved for children aged 4 to 12.
Yes, depending on how busy it is, and provided you are wearing socks — except on the inflatable structures, which adults may not use.
Access to the equipment remains possible at any time in an emergency.

You can pay by cash, card or chèques vacances.
Cheques are no longer accepted at Girafou.
For “holiday club visits”, special rates are available on Wednesdays and throughout the school holidays. For “works councils”, Girafou offers ticket books as well as bespoke packages for Christmas parties and other events.
